Technology often fails not because it lacks capability, but because it creates pressure at decision points.

Unclear status, inconsistent information, or poorly defined escalation paths force people to guess and guessing creates stress.

One of my priorities is designing systems that support calm, informed decisions. That means clear states, predictable behaviour, and transparency about what happens next.

In schools and MATs, decision-makers are already balancing competing demands. Technology should reduce that burden, not add to it.

When systems are designed with clarity in mind, decisions feel less urgent and more controlled. That calm is a design outcome - not an accident.
